What is a PED?
To truly delve into the question posed above we must first comprehend what a PED is. A PED is a performance enhancing drug. Each sport defines which drugs are allowed for athletes to take, and which drugs are banned.
Teams that fans are suspecting use PEDs: Momo, Hazers, Savage Speeders
These 3 teams are all teams that have been accused or suspected of PED use. For the Hazers, their strong start has given them some unwanted scrutiny as to what is inside the middle of their marbles. Their Hazy color has caused many to believe that they could be adding weight to create and advantage. The Speeders on the other hand have faced accusations that they are paying off the IMC to pass drug tests. Many suspect the Speeders and other elite teams like Mellow Yellow or the O’rangers are paying someone inside the IMC to allow them to keep their drug tests clean. Finally, Team Momo is obviously a suspect after Momomomo made an extremely fast comeback after a gruesome injury in the summer games. The rapid return of one of the team members made many believe that Team Momo must have been using some sort of performance enhancing drug.
Why all of these theories are Wrong!
We all know that marbles need to eat and drink to stay healthy. However, the use of PEDs cannot happen as the marbles are too hard to be pierced with a needle. The marbles cannot physically receive PEDs as its impossible. There is no need to worry about PEDs in Marblelympics or any marble racing.
Some of these teams could be using banned substances such as chalk, pine tar, dirt, saliva, or petroleum jelly. All of these could be applied to the outside of a marble to either make it go faster or slower. Most of these can be used and go unnoticed if the camera is far away. So just keep your eye out for anything on the outside of the marbles.
